A HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) company paid $40,000 to settle a lawsuit stemming from a frivolous UDRP that it filed..


January 2017:

CORPORACION EMPRESARIAL ALTRA S.L. of Málaga, Spain, represented by Privacidad Global, Spain, filed a UDRP case against Telepathy, Inc. of Washington DC, USA represented by Muscovitch & Associates, Canada over the domain name

In May 2017 a WIPO panel comprising of 3 panelists (Pablo A. Palazzi, José Carlos Erdozain and W. Scott Blackmer) found that the Spanish HVAC company (CORPORACION EMPRESARIAL ALTRA S.L.) had been guilty of RDNH Reverse Domain Name Hijacking
